Choosing Your Membership

Choosing the right membership is the first step, so take a look at our Onyx, Diamond, and Platinum levels to see which one best fits your needs. When you're ready to sign up, you can do so over the phone or in person at the spa. 

Can I Pause My Membership If Needed?

Unfortunately, pausing your membership is not an option. Monthly fees will continue to be deducted, and any unused visits will roll over for future use.

Do I Lose A Visit If It’s Not Used Within The Month?

No. Any unused services will roll over to the following month, ensuring you get the most out of your membership.

Can I Share My Membership With Someone Else?

Membership benefits are designed for individual use and are non-transferable. However, if your membership includes a complimentary Halotherapy treatment and you visit our Cypress Parkway location, you can bring someone along.

Can I Pay Monthly In Cash?

Monthly cash payments are not accepted for memberships. A card on file is required for automatic monthly fee processing. You can opt to pay for your annual membership in a cash lump sum.

Can I Gift A Rollover To Someone Else?

Membership benefits, including rollovers, are individual and cannot be transferred to others.

Is There A Cancellation Fee For Ending My Membership Early?

If you cancel your membership before the completion of the agreed period, a cancellation fee equal to the monthly price of your chosen membership will apply.

Can I Split The Time Of A Monthly Service Between Two Services?

Due to predefined membership services, splitting monthly service time between different services is not standard practice.
