We are a growing outpatient therapy clinic that values compassionate, patient-centered care. Our team is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being. We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Physical Therapist to join our team, with the potential for full-time opportunities as our client base continues to grow.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Efficient and timely documentation of daily notes and patient observations
- Strong adaptability, communication skills, and ability to build rapport with patients
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Dependable, resourceful, and responsive to patient needs
- Ability to work with a diverse range of diagnoses
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to detect and assess subtle changes in patient condition
- Capable of educating and instructing patients in rehabilitative care to promote health, safety, and independent living
- Ability to consistently monitor and adjust patient goals and treatment plans in line with the established plan of care
- Collaborative attitude, able to work effectively with other Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to patients across various diagnoses.
- Develop creative and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Educate and instruct patients on rehabilitative exercises and activities to promote health, safety, and independent living.
- Constantly monitor patient progress, adapting goals and treatments in alignment with the established plan of care.
- Collaborate with fellow physical therapists and physical therapist assistants to provide high-quality care.
- Maintain timely, efficient, and thorough documentation of daily observations and treatment sessions.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
- Outpatient PT experience is a plus.
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess and respond to subtle changes in patient conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Dependable, resourceful, and responsive to patient needs and clinic goals.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Whether soothing sore muscles or delivering ultimate relaxation, our LMTs are at the heart of our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver spa treatments following established protocols and rituals.
- Specialize in body treatments from the spa menu, utilizing therapeutic tools.
- Create a warm, professional, and seamless experience for guests.
- Assess guest needs and provide tailored treatment and home care recommendations.
- Uphold high standards in appearance, communication, and sanitation.
- Build repeat clientele and maintain treatment suite inventory.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and marketing events.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and professional guidelines.
- Exhibit flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Valid massage therapy license.
- Experience with body treatments and therapeutic tools.
